My progress disappeared
Your progress saves in the browser you play in, on the computer you play on. Come back in that same browser on that same machine and the game resumes automatically.
If a save seems to have vanished, one of these three things is almost always the reason.
Private and incognito windows don't save
Anything you play in a private window is gone when the window closes. Always play in a normal window.
Clearing site data erases saves
If you, or a cleanup tool, clear cookies and site data for the play site, your save goes with it.
A different browser is a different save
Starting in one browser and returning in another looks like a lost save, but it isn't. Go back to the browser you started in.
If your progress vanished and none of this explains it, contact us and we'll do what we can to get you back aboard.
