The game won't load
A blank screen, or a load that never finishes, usually comes down to the browser, an extension, or the network. Work through these in order.
Refresh the page
Reload once. If nothing changes, do a hard refresh: hold Shift while clicking reload, or press Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac).
Confirm JavaScript is enabled
The game can't run without it. If you've disabled JavaScript globally or for the play site, switch it back on and reload.
Pause ad blockers and privacy extensions
Aggressive blockers can stop the game's files from loading. Allow the play site in the extension, or turn the extension off for that tab and reload.
Turn off your VPN
Some VPNs interfere with streaming content. Disconnect, then reload the page.
Test in a private window
Open the play link in an incognito or private window. If it loads there, your regular profile's cache or an extension is the culprit. Clear the browser cache and try again. Do your real playing in a normal window, though: private windows don't save progress.
Try a different browser
If nothing above helps, open the play link in another modern desktop browser.
